Clay Mill

The making of high quality ceramics takes precision and diligence.
The clay for the slip casting process is weighed prior, and then ground in the clay mill for an hour.
After that, it is left to set over night. Here after clay powder is added and the mix is ground again for another two hours.
The slip is then cast into plaster molds in order to produce our cups and mugs.
Before pouring the slip into the plaster molds, the slip is sieved.
